Ultra-high abundance xenon-129 and xenon-131 isotopes are key test materials for nuclear magnetic resonance gyroscopes. With no mechanical rotating part and insensitivity to overload and vibration, this gyro has a small size and high precision, which allows seamless and precise navigation of ships, carriers, aircraft, missiles and other systems.

Xenon-129 isotopes can be used in hyperpolarized magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The hyperpolarized noble gas is safe and non-toxic, making it a non-invasive, safe and effective imaging modality. Hyperpolarized xenon-129 MRI can not only reflect the morphological information of the lungs, but also provide important information about the gas exchange function of the lungs. It breaks through the limitation that traditional MRI cannot image the lung cavity and successfully “lights up” the lungs.
